This privacy statement governs your usage of the software application. myDoc.lk offers a software program that aggregates hospitals and clinics for patients to make appointments that are offered under the mobile program and via our website, https://myDoc.lk, a registered company in Sri Lanka with business registration PQ 205. We value our users' privacy and recognize that you entrust us with personal information, reviews, and search data. And we place the utmost focus on data security.

This Privacy Statement covers the sorts of information we may collect from you or that you may submit in conjunction with your access to or use of this website.

●        Images that we could require access to from your camera, like those you would submit to photos our sites;

●        Information pertaining to a product (such as medicine delivered to your door, healthcare delivered to your door, lab results at your fingertips, etc.) that may include personal data;

●        Information regarding payments (such as invoicing details and payment confirmation);

●        Health information [such as details about the doctors, dentists, healthcare specialists, professionals, organizations, etc. (collectively referred to as "healthcare providers") you have visited, the reasons for your visit, the dates of your visit, your medical history, medication prescriptions, lab test results, documents required for this service, which may include personal data, and any audio or video files you may share to heal] We might need to access the storage on your phone for this.

●        information about the services we've provided to you (such as the doctors and facilities you chose for channeling and the data kept in the Health Vault service);

●        Any video or audio recordings made by our CCTV system, as well as any tapes of your phone calls to our customer service departments,

B.     For Investors

●        any video or audio recordings made by our closed-circuit television (CCTV) system or by your calls to us

In times of crisis, such as during a war, terrorist attack, rioting, natural disaster, or disease epidemic, we may gather:

●       The state of everyone's health in your home

●       the findings of any medical reports and tests you've had

●       the temperature of your body

●       Your address and any political affiliations you may have

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
